Stacking the Shelves – December 28, 2019

STSsmall

It’s time yet again for the Stacking the Shelves meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality! This meme is all about sharing your most recent bookish purchases, be they physical books, audiobooks, or eBook! Since I have a BIT of a “one-click” problem, I thought this would be a great way to keep track of my newest books AND share them with everyone else! I’m not sure what I’ll talk about on the weeks I don’t have anything new, but we can cross that bridge if we ever come to it! Not an issue this week (yay Christmas), so let’s have at it!

Pride and PrejudiceBook-to-Table Edition

Pride & Prejudice Cookbook

This book is amazing and perfect and I love it! It’s the full unabridged story, but interspersed with recipes from Martha Stewart, as well as delightful photos and illustrations! So far there are only two books in this collection (this and A Christmas Carol) but I hope we get more!

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen – Season Edition

P&P Winter Edition

I have been eyeing this for ages and – thanks to some Amazon gift cards – finally got my hands on it! It’s lovely!!!

Ruin of Stars by Lindsey Miller

One of my 2020 goals is to read all of my half-read series, and this has been on that list for far too long! Having a physical copy on my TBR cart will make avoiding it more difficult (I hope).

The Kingdom by Jess Rothenberg, Wilder Girls by Rory Power, American Royals by Katharine McGee, Stepsister by Jennifer Donnelly, and House of Dragons by Jessica Cluess.

I am SUPER lucky to have amazing friends, especially one who runs a bookish subscription box! We did a Winter Solstice gathering last weekend, and she brought me a whole stack of ARCs!!!! It’s a mix of books that have already released and upcoming releases, but all are right up my alley! She’s the best 🙂

I am quite pleased with my haul this week! What did you add to your shelves? Tell me in the comments below, or drop a link to your own Stacking the Shelves post!
