The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. I got to meet Erin earlier this month when she was in Portland, ME for her The Starless Sea tour, and she was lovely! I brought all of my various editions of her books with me, and she signed each and every one! TNC still remains my favorite standalone. It’s just so atmospheric and wonderful!

Love is in the air! Who is your one true pairing?
Draco and Hermione. I know this isn’t a traditional pairing, but it’s important to note that this is not Book Hermione and Book Draco. No, this ship stems from fanfiction and a desire to see Draco redeemed, and Hermione with someone who is her intellectual equal. I have a long list of amazing fanfictions that have fed my Dramione ship, so if you need some suggestions, hit me up!

Wow, these questions are not easy. The BEST trilogy?! That’s a tall ask. I’m not sure I can choose just one, so I will narrow it down to a few.
The Nevernight Trilogy, The Illuminae Files, The Daughter of Smoke and Bone Trilogy, The ACOTAR Trilogy, The Caraval Trilogy…
I could keep going but I will leave it there.

Ooooh, this is the same problem as before! I will say my top three are Harry Potter, Throne of Glass, and the Shadowhunter Chronicles (I am counting them as a collective and not the individual storylines).

Darth Vader because he has the BEST evil villain soundtrack. And Umbridge for being the villain that I LOVE to LOATHE more than any other.

Creation is a beautiful thing. What is your favorite world/world-building?
The Night Circus. If I could visit any fictional place, that would be it.
I also, obviously, love the Harry Potter universe, although that isn’t fictional so it doesn’t really count (I will go to my grave on this particular soap box, thank you).

I literally can’t read the Redwall books by Brian Jacques without finding myself sooo hungry thanks to the vast and detailed food descriptions.

How about your favorite leading lad?
Harry Potter of course!!! He’s not only my favorite leading lad, but he’s also my favorite character from the series. I mean, the series wouldn’t exist without him, after all. Plus he is soooo full of sass and I love it.

What’s your favorite book ending?
Oooooh, that is very very difficult to decide. I think I will have to say that Harry Potter had the most satisfying ending of any series I’ve read. All was well.
